Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and accelerate execution.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Drive portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions, balancing business value, strategic objectives, organisational readiness, and delivery capacity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives through execution, delivering sustainable business value and impact.
• Drive organisational maturity by improving governance, decision-making, operating models, processes, and ways of working.
• Deliver executive insights and performance intelligence that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor and change leader, strengthening organisational effectiveness and the adoption of new ways of working.
