• Strong analytical, commercial, and operational capabilities with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Understanding of technology-enabled transformation, agile delivery practices, and organizational change.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments.

You Will Bring

• Experience in Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related disciplines.
• A proven track record of improving organizational effectiveness through governance, operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and operational capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of technology‑enabled transformation, agile delivery practices, and organizational change.
• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Starting Salary:

$75,000 - $110,000 USD*

Benefits:

• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

Full‑time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
