Job summary

AECOM is seeking suitably experienced programme management professionals to grow advisory and delivery capabilities across all grades, working either independently or with a Director to shape, develop and deliver client investment programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in PM/construction/engineering.
• ChPP or APM accreditation.
• Managing Successful Programmes accreditation preferred.
• Experience with complex multi-disciplinary PMO management.
• Demonstrable client engagement at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of significant programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop proposals through the entire bid process and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Ensure commissions are managed to high quality standards and commercial expectations.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities.
• Demonstrate leadership in implementing health, safety and environment requirements.
