Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or demonstrated equivalency of experience.
• MBA or related Master’s preferred for advancement.
• 2+ years in management consulting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream of a broader engagement.
• Apply solution frameworks to deconstruct client problems and build analyses.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews including C-suite levels.
• Develop business modelling analyses (DCF, CBA, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR).
• Utilize data visualization tools to derive patterns and insights.
• Supervise quality control of analytical tasks by junior team members.
• Create executive-ready decks and synthesize insights for diverse formats.
