AECOM Advisory is seeking a Director or Associate Director to expand our global Advisory business. You will lead a fast-paced team of consultants, drive business development, oversee delivery, and shape client solutions for senior stakeholders in the US West Region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Typically at least 8 years of Management Consulting or equivalent.
• MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and originate opportunities in the US West Region.
• Oversee engagement delivery and support practice development.
• Lead proposal responses and serve as Capture Manager for complex deals.
• Lead delivery teams of consultants and senior consultants across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain client interactions with C-suite and senior management.
