Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Programmable Voice Engineer to design and implement programmable voice capabilities, call-control, and media processing for scalable enterprise platforms. You will work across architecture, code, and client discussions using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, WebRTC, Java and Spring Boot.

You will build and extend the voice stack, ensure reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, security and delivery goals.

Competenze

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Deep hands-on expertise with FreeSWITCH and/or Kamailio including call control and media services.
• Experience building API-driven platforms, voice services, or CPaaS-like solutions.
• Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, persistence and security.
• Understanding of API-first design, event-driven architecture, messaging, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with contact center or CX platforms and related concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document clearly and lead workshops.

Mansioni

• Design and develop programmable voice services, APIs, and call-control capabilities.
• Build voice infrastructure using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, RTP, WebRTC.
• Develop backend services with Java/Spring Boot exposing voice capabilities via APIs.
• Implement routing, session management, media handling, and carrier integrations.
• Design scalable, high-availability systems for real-time communications.
• Integrate voice services with contact center, routing, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, performance, and security.
• Review designs and code, identify risks, and drive pragmatic decisions.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable patterns for delivery.
