Job summary

RTX in Plano, Texas seeks a seasoned Program Security Leader to guide operations for SAP/SCI programs onsite. You will collaborate with program management, Cybersecurity, Contracts, and Engineering to embed security requirements across all project stages, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Security for NAS and requires extensive experience in national security environments and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Security leadership for SAP/SCI programs.
• Experience interpreting NISP and ICD 705.
• Proficiency with DoD manuals and customer guidance.
• Experience preparing security documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Program Security operations and ensure effective execution of security requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team in a matrixed environment.
• Interpret, implement, and oversee security requirements per DoD manuals, ICD 705, and Raytheon policies.
• Partner with program leadership and stakeholders to integrate security into program planning.
• Develop and approve program-specific security documentation (SOPs, SOPs, OPSEC Plans).
• Oversee security operations for SAP/SCI facilities and related accreditation activities.
• Manage personnel security, visitor control, material control, and incident reporting.
