Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Security Representative to provide onsite support at the Pentagon and Mark Center, combining security program management with organizational support for OUSD (R&E) and related DoD customers.

You will apply deep expertise in SCI/SAP security operations, manage eligibility determinations, roster management, and security documentation; contribute to classification guides and plans, ensuring compliance and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing SCI/SAP security programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in classification management and document/media control.
• Ability to provide indoctrinations, debriefings, and tailored security education to government, military, and industry personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Security Representative (PSR) with technical management and organizational support for OUSD (R&E).
• Apply deep expertise in SCI/SAP security operations for enterprise effectiveness.
• Perform eligibility determinations, nomination/waiver packages, access roster management, suitability tracking, and security database administration.
• Develop Security Classification Guides (SCGs), OPSEC Plans, Mitigation Plans, and Test Plans; support investigations of loss or compromise.
