Job summary

P-11 Security is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and SCI activities. You will perform day-to-day security analysis and ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCID, and SAP policies, supporting US military operations.

Responsibilities include policy development, security training, and conducting facility reviews; candidates must have 10–12 years of related experience and TS clearance with SCI eligibility, plus

Qualifications

10–12 years related experience.
Extensive knowledge of ICD 705 and DODM 5205.07 Vol 3.
Security clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
Willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, and SAP policy.
Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI data for US military operations.
Provide day-to-day security support with continuous assessment and improvements.
Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to testing, training, and operations.
Assist in operations security program development, training, and oversight.
Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and closeouts, track corrective actions.
