Job summary

P-11 Security, Inc. | SBA 8(a) Certified | EDWOSB seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and SCI activities.

You will ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD overprints, and related policies while coordinating security education for staff. The role requires experience with SAP/SCI, risk assessment, incident response, and ongoing collaboration with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs (Collateral, SCI)
• Develop and implement policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI data
• Conduct day-to-day security operations and trainings
• Perform SAP facility compliance reviews and closeouts
• Monitor corrective actions and report security issues
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to update education program
