Job summary

ANSER is actively hiring a Security Manager for Special Access Programs (SAP) to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. This role emphasizes security governance, policy interpretation, and risk management in a high-security onsite environment in Falls Church, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years CPSO-level experience with SAPs, last SAP-related position within 9 months.
• Experience with SAP capability requirements, policy directives and related guidance.
• Experience maintaining security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans, milestones, and schedules for SAP governance and oversight.
• Support SAP governance, SCI governance, resources, requirements, capabilities and program coordination.
• Collaborate with DoD stakeholders to develop SAP guidance and present results to senior leaders.
• Assist PERSEC, PHYSEC, COMSEC, COOP, INFOSEC/OPSEC, INDSEC and general security administration.
