Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler in Palm Bay, FL to manage and optimize complex program schedules. You’ll analyze performance, identify risks, and coordinate with finance, engineering, subcontracts, manufacturing, and quality to keep critical programs on track.

Responsibilities include creating integrated master schedules, monitoring progress with Gantt/PERT tools, and presenting findings to leadership. US government clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Graduate degree or 10+ years of related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes integrated program schedules and resolves critical path issues.
• Performs risk analysis and investigates root causes to ensure timely delivery.
• Uses MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to monitor progress and report status.
• Ensures schedules are aligned across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and QA.
• Leads schedule reviews and communicates findings to senior leadership.
• Supports Earned Value Management and EVMS standards.
