Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Lead, Program Scheduler in Bristol, PA to develop integrated schedules across programs. You will coordinate IMP/IMS, manage MS Project plans, and perform risk and schedule analyses with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include leading scheduling reviews, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to program control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience building schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience with earned value management and integrating cost into schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plan and IMS (IMP/IMS) using MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Develop integrated master schedules using an IMP, SOW and WBS.
• Create and track plans, perform risk analysis, identify critical path and resolve network logic conflicts.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
• Conduct regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate resource needs and performance metrics.
• Lead scheduling status reviews and briefings with senior leaders.
