The role requires extensive experience in program planning, EVMS, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on schedule risk, baselines, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years related experience; or graduate degree with 10+ years; or 16 years in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years in Program Planning and Scheduling on large, complex programs or portfolios.
• Advanced knowledge of IMS development, maintenance, forecasting, and schedule performance analysis.
• Strong EVMS knowledge and integration of schedule, cost, and risk data.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and functional leadership for Space Sector scheduling organization.
• Advise leadership on schedule performance, forecast credibility, and schedule risk.
• Lead baselines, replans, proposals, risk assessments, and recovery planning.
• Strengthen integration of schedule, EVMS/cost, technical performance, risk, supply chain.
