L3Harris Technologies seeks a Manager Program Planner/Scheduler in Salt Lake City to lead a team of 10 program planners, ensuring integrated master schedules, EVMS compliance, and critical path analysis across major programs. You will drive planning best practices and mentor staff.

You will coordinate with CAMs and IPTs, prepare and present status reports, and apply DoD EVMS guidelines to support program execution and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 10+ years of experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams of program schedulers/planners in defense/aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and EVMS.
• Familiarity with DFARs, ANSI-748C, IPPD, IPMDAR.
• Ability to obtain US Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to create IMS reflecting work breakdown structure and resource loading; primary tool MS Project Server.
• Analyze schedules for critical path and inform management of changes and milestones.
• Coordinate with CAMs and IPTs on schedule data and execution.
• Prepare, update, and disseminate periodic project status reports.
• Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments and develop schedule metrics.
