Job summary

The role drives day-to-day program execution, prepares forecasts and EACs, and communicates with customers and internal leadership. A Bachelor's degree and significant PM experience are required; security clearance may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum six (6) years of prior relevant program management experience; Graduate Degree with four (4) years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, at least ten (10) years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience managing complex development programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers and executive management.
• Experience with schedule development, critical path management, risk management, and Earned Value Management.
• Understanding of Maestro and Oracle ERP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports program direction, coordination, and execution of development and/or production programs under PM leadership.
• Tracks schedules, monitors budgets, and ensures execution aligns with contractual requirements.
• Coordinates with functional teams to communicate and execute contract responsibilities.
• Assists in preparing program forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
• Tracks performance metrics and helps resolve schedule, cost, and technical issues.
• Provides day-to-day guidance across program team members to support schedules and issue resolution.
• Works with engineering, production, quality, and finance to support program execution.
• Supports customer communications and program reviews; interfaces with customers and leadership.
