The Senior Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst is responsible for leading the establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The role involves performing in-depth analysis and preparing comprehensive reports to provide program leadership with accurate and detailed insights, facilitating decision making and ensuring programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
The analyst will lead the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform analysis such as critical path and variance analysis. They will conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA), roll‑wave planning, and incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to maintain realistic contract schedule baselines. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring team members and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather necessary information and present schedule reports to stakeholders.

Pay Range: $116,697.00 - $160,457.25. Actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non‑U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF) handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
