Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III in a hybrid office setting in Colorado. You will lead and integrate schedules for complex programs, perform risk analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to program objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in scheduling, strong MS Project skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 4+ years in project planning/scheduling; 8+ years if no degree.
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Ability to drive conversations and follow-up.
• Excellent communication of status and blockers.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Background in Aerospace/Defense.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects.
• Track and maintain project plans ensuring integration.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to mitigate schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path conflicts using PERT/CPM tools.
• Evaluate schedule compliance and address shortfalls.
• Prepare reports on schedule status for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scheduling data.
• Support scheduling best practices and continuous improvement.
