Addison Group is seeking a Program Scheduler in Oklahoma City to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and provide forecasting to leadership. The role requires Primavera P6 experience or similar enterprise scheduling tools, with exposure to resource planning and reporting across management, engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling, project controls, construction, utilities, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and managing complex schedules.
• Primavera P6 experience highly preferred; other enterprise schedulers considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress and evaluate performance against milestones.
• Identify critical path, delays, and risks; forecast recovery plans.
• Coordinate timelines across project management, engineering, operations, and contractors.
• Lead or participate in regular project schedule reviews.
• Review contractor schedules and progress reports for alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for management.
• Support resource planning, workload forecasting, and budgeting.
