Job summary

Quanta Services' QISG division seeks an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation EPC projects in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Develops and maintains resource- and cost-loaded schedules and performs critical path analysis to drive project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in utility transmission lines and substations
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise including cost- and resource-loaded schedules
• Experience with Linear Scheduling for large-scale sitework and long-lead equipment planning
• Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk or similar tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction and commissioning teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills across departments
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
• Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls
• Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
