Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and power systems, seeks a Program Quality Manager for Mature Commercial Engines. You will lead activities on a fast-paced engine program, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve high quality across development, certification, production and delivery.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and strong business acumen within an onsite work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or Quality field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience in Engineering/Technical/Quality Positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support dynamic activities on a fast-paced commercial engine program with customers, internal organizations and producers.
• Coordinate with CIPTs, Module Centers, Supplier Quality, and Engine Centers to drive program quality activities.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Airframe Customer for all quality issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the P&W engine from part production to assembly and aftermarket.
• Drive program quality, fleet management and engine performance goals through structured APQP/PPAP processes.
