Job summary

The Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI) in Farmington, CT, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to enhance Connecticut's behavioral health. You will lead partner engagement, coordinate training and QA activities, and manage data collection and reporting for SBIRT and related initiatives.

The role emphasizes supervision, training design, and the application of implementation science to improve health equity, outcomes, and service quality across youth programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred in psychology, social work, public health, or related field.
• Experience in supervision, program implementation, and training management.
• Knowledge of implementation science and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with partners, support workgroups and advisory councils.
• Supervise a project coordinator and manage training activities.
• Develop trainings and training materials for implementation.
• Coordinate training logistics, CEU processes, and refreshments.
• Review literature and consult experts to apply best practices.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for funders.
