Job summary

The Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI) in Farmington, CT is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for Comprehensive School Mental Health. You will manage projects, coordinate trainings, and support program implementation and quality improvement to enhance school mental health initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with schools and partners, developing implementation plans, and facilitating trainings both in-person and online, with data collection to support funder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in psychology, public health, public policy, social work, education, child development, or related field.
Knowledge of children’s behavioral health and education systems.
Experience in partnership development, project coordination, and program implementation.
Experience delivering live and online trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate trainings and meetings with schools, agencies, and partners.
Recruit, train, and support schools in mental health initiatives.
Develop implementation plans with schools/districts.
Prepare and deliver live and online trainings for the workforce.
