Job summary

Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to advance Connecticut’s behavioral health programs, including SBIRT and youth prevention efforts. You will lead cross‑functional teams, supervise staff, develop trainings, and ensure timely, within‑budget project delivery with strong data reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred in psychology, social work, public health or related field.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience applying implementation science and quality improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with partners through workgroups and advisory councils.
• Supervise a project coordinator and develop trainings and materials.
• Coordinate training and QA activities and manage CEUs and logistics.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to funders.
• Maintain data and records for required reports and updates.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, travel as needed.
