Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, public health, social work, or related field or bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• Understanding CT youth behavioral health and related service systems (youth, family, health, justice).
• Experience with partnership development, project coordination, and program implementation.
• Experience using data to inform program development and quality improvement.
• Experience with Canva for slides, infographics, briefs, etc.
• Data collection via surveys, focus groups, or interviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with partners through workgroups, meetings, and advisory councils.
• Supporting development of trainings and training materials (PowerPoint slides, videos, LMS content).
• Coordinating trainings (locations, registration, CEUs, logistics).
• Reviewing literature and connecting with experts to understand best practices.
• Collecting data and producing high-quality data reports.
• Maintaining records for funder reports.
• Scheduling and facilitating virtual and in-person meetings.
• Preparing written and verbal outputs for stakeholders.
• Traveling occasionally within Connecticut as required.
