Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years in Quality Engineering, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience may be accepted.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (AS9100, ISO17025).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs to improve inspection methods, equipment, and processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Evaluate and implement advanced inspection technologies.
• Design robust inspection processes to ensure product quality.
• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs for inspection.
