Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Protection Security Specialist to support critical national security missions in a secure environment. You will work with government and contractor personnel to implement program protection initiatives, manage sensitive documentation, and ensure compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in program protection, security operations, or related disciplines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• On-site work in Arlington, VA, Monday–Friday during normal business hours.
• Travel up to 10%, including CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Protection and security activities for government customers.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of Program Protection Plans and related documentation.
• Manage sensitive program documentation and records in secure environments.
• Support administrative processes, document control, and security operations within classified facilities.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, metrics, and tracking spreadsheets for leadership.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and security representatives to support mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and program protection requirements.
• Support security countermeasure activities and related protection initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, reviews, inspections, and program security activities.
• Travel up to 10% including CONUS/OCONUS locations.
