Job summary

VTG in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Program Protection and Policy Compliance Systems Engineer to support program protection and policy compliance for demonstration flight programs. Develop CPI protection plans, conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, and review contractor protection implementations.

The role requires active TS/SCI with poly, a bachelor’s degree with 9 years or a master’s with 7 years, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 9 years relevant experience or a Masters' with 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience identifying problems, conducting analysis, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Developing program protection plans for large programs.
• Ability to work independently with limited government direction.

Responsibilities

• Program protection plans.
• Threat/risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• International, mission partner, and cross-agency agreements.
• Policy and procedural exemplars/templates based on sound judgement, expertise, and professional experience.
• Facilitate quarterly lunch & learns to educate the customer’s workforce on enterprise program protection and policies, and address program challenges for PMs.
