Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks a Senior Program Protection and Policy Compliance Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on program protection, policy compliance, and cross-agency collaboration to support two critical functions within a mission-driven research environment.

The Senior PP/PCSE will develop protection plans, conduct CPI assessments, and document best practices across the system development lifecycle, while engaging with mission partners and international policy considerations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 9 years relevant experience or a Masters' degree with 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience identifying problems, conducting analysis, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Developing program protection plans for large programs.
• Ability to work independently with limited government direction.

Responsibilities

• Program protection plans.
• Threat/risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• International, mission partner, and cross-agency agreements.
• Policy and procedural exemplars/templates based on sound judgement, expertise, and professional experience.
• Facilitate quarterly lunch & learns to educate the customer's workforce on the enterprise program protection and policies and worship novel solutions to address program unique challenges for the PMs.
