Job summary

VTG Defense in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Program Protection and Policy Compliance Systems Engineer to lead program protection and policy compliance for demonstration flight programs. You will independently develop CPI protections and Program Protection Plans while reviewing contractor implementation plans and ensuring compliance across the lifecycle.

The role requires identifying CPI, performing threat assessments, and collaborating across the organization to advance risk-based decision

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 9 years relevant experience or a Masters' degree with 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience identifying problems, conducting analysis, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Developing program protection plans for large programs.
• Ability to work independently with limited government direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliverables: Program protection plans.
• Threat/risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• International, mission partner, and cross-agency agreements.
• Policy and procedural exemplars/templates based on sound judgement, expertise, and professional experience.
• Facilitate quarterly lunch & learns to educate the customer's workforce on enterprise program protection and policies.
