Job summary

Weil Group, Inc. seeks a senior, on-site Program/Project Manager to own and manage the combined workload of the Site Master Planning (SMP) Program and the Cogeneration (CHP) Project at the same time.

You will be the single point of accountability for schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management across both initiatives. You will personally coordinate day-to-day activities—workshops, A&E coordination, budget tracking, permitting follow-up, and progress reporting—while interfacing with

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience for pharma/biologics manufacturing facilities operating under cGMP.
• Direct experience leading site master planning engagements at industrial or life sciences campuses.
• Direct experience managing cogeneration/CHP or industrial power generation projects, incl. interconnection and permitting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream workload as single accountable lead.
• Experience working in Puerto Rico (preferred) with PREPA/EQB familiarity.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) project staff capability.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM, or equivalent) for lead and key personnel.

Responsibilities

• Single point of accountability for schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management across SMP and CHP.
• Personally manage day-to-day coordination: workshops, A&E coordination, CAR/budget tracking, permitting follow-up, progress reporting.
• Interface regularly with Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, and corporate Engineering/EHS stakeholders.
• Flag and resolve conflicts or resource contention between SMP and CHP workstreams.
• Maintain high working-level understanding of both programs to represent either to site/corporate leadership.
• Be on-site or maintain substantial on-site presence for the duration of the engagement.
