Stanford Health Care is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across Facilities Planning and Design in Palo Alto, CA. The PM will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects meet timelines and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5 years of related experience, a work-related Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated ability to manage large teams in a matrix environment. PMP preferred. Hybrid work model in a healthcare setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience required.
• Experience in Healthcare or Academic Medical Center preferred.
• Experience leading large teams in matrix environments preferred.
• Experience with budget development and cost control preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead concurrent projects from initiation to close, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop detailed project plans, tracking, and reporting using standard processes.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders on budgets, status, and risks.
• Use project management tools to report status, issues, and escalations.
• Foster relationships with owners, operational leaders, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide back-up support to Senior Project Managers and facilitate post-project reviews.
