  • Advanced, hands-on command of FAR/DFARS and defense contracting standards.
  • Proven track record drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages and subcontracts under tight timelines.
  • Experience building or standing up procurement functions, workflows, or purchasing operations.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and material receipt tracking, particularly where procurement drives revenue recognition.
  • Confident interfacing directly with senior government leadership, technical staff, and program leadership.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

  • Drive absolute FAR/DFARS compliance and integrate technical requirements with defense contracting standards to eliminate purchasing friction and accelerate cycle velocity.
  • Own procurement driven revenue forecasting and lead the team in maintaining systems that accurately track material receipt, ensuring timely, reliable revenue recognition.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and material readiness to prevent supply chain bottlenecks across multiple theaters.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $94,500 - 208,000 USD

The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a high-impact Senior Program Procurement Lead who is comfortable setting direction and working in the weeds. This position will lead and scale the program's established, centralized procurement organization, owning a high-volume, multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio that drives a significant share of monthly revenue across rapidly expanding Counter-UAS mission areas. The role pairs organizational leadership with daily, hands-on execution strengthening disciplined acquisition management, rigorous FAR/DFARS compliance, and scalable purchasing systems that keep pace with high-velocity DoD procurements and multi-theater material demands.
