Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI.
  • BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS federal procurement regulations and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate supplier performance, costs and risks using data.
  • Expert negotiation and relationship management to maintain supplier partnerships.
  • Ability to make independent strategic decisions under pressure and mentor the team.
  • Experience with Army/DoD approval processes and receiving procedures is a plus.
