You will manage a multi-theater, high-dollar portfolio, drive strict FAR/DFARS compliance, and align procurement activities with program leadership and government stakeholders. You will mentor a growing team, own revenue forecasting, and ensure timely material readiness to support rapid contract cycles and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, acquisition management, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of DoD or federal procurement and acquisition experience, leading procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the program's procurement team, scaling centralized purchasing structures and subcontract frameworks.
• Interface with technical managers, program support staff, and government stakeholders on purchasing matters.
• Scale high-volume procurement pipelines to meet expanding Counter-UAS material needs.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute complex procurement packages and subcontracts.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and integrate requirements with defense contracting standards.
• Oversee revenue forecasting and material receipt tracking for timely revenue recognition.
• Manage subcontractor relationships to prevent bottlenecks across theaters.
