Job summary

BD leads the planning, coordination, execution and delivery of complex programs and portfolios, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, deliver business value, and align with organizational priorities. You will drive program execution, optimize resources, engage stakeholders, and mentor project managers to strengthen organizational capabilities.

On-site collaboration is prioritized, with most roles requiring four days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional, enterprise-wide programs and portfolios to achieve business objectives.
• Develop, evaluate, and facilitate approval of complex business cases, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects to optimize delivery.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders and manage communications.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Govern scope, schedule, budget, quality, contracts, and change control processes.
• Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and provide status reporting.
• Drive program benefit realization and partner with business units to resolve issues.
