Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs and portfolios from initiation to completion. Based in Irvine, CA, you will partner with cross-functional teams and executives to achieve strategic objectives and value delivery while optimizing resources and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide programs and portfolios to achieve business objectives and organizational goals.
• Develop, evaluate, and facilitate approval of complex business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects and programs to optimize delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and engagement.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Govern scope, schedule, budget, quality, contracts, and change control processes.
