Blue Shield of California seeks a Sr. Manager, Program Management to lead operational readiness, governance, and performance management for enterprise and provider initiatives.

You will partner across functions to ensure alignment, measurability, and sustainable outcomes, developing operating models and driving improvements in provider performance and business results. Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years total experience, including 4+ years of people management.
• Master's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field.
• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Led complex cross-functional healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing executive reporting, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and performance monitoring programs.
• Strong understanding of provider organizations, value-based care, quality improvement, and health plan operations.
• Experience readiness assessments, change management, and implementation planning.
• Developing business cases, benefit realization plans, and outcome measurement strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities to inform decision making and strategy.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational readiness, performance management, and governance of continuous improvement capabilities.
• Partner across Healthcare Quality & Affordability, Markets, Network Management, Finance, Analytics, Digital, Technology, and provider orgs to align initiatives.
