Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Sr. Manager for Program and Project Management in Pharmacy Operations and Stabilization.

The role oversees end-to-end activities to resolve production stabilization issues, and it requires strong leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will develop executive communications, report on status to stakeholders, and lead a team to improve processes and efficiencies in service of affordable care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8 years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• 4 years of prior people management experience with direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations at the health plan level.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end activities to bring pharmacy production stabilization issues to full resolution.
• Develop executive-level communications and reporting to keep stakeholders informed of status.
• Lead a team of professionals and drive processes and efficiencies in support of affordability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy Strategy and Operations and external partners.
