• Requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of people management.
• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Experience establishing executive reporting, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and performance monitoring programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments and organizational change management.
• Strong understanding of provider organizations, value-based care, and health plan operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders in matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational readiness, performance management, and governance of continuous improvement capabilities.
• Serve as a key connector between strategy and execution across multiple domains.
• Partner with Healthcare Quality & Affordability, Markets, Network Management, Finance, Analytics, Digital, Technology, and provider organizations.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive measurable improvements in provider performance and business results.
• Develop and oversee operating model capabilities to improve transparency and accountability.
