Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (level 3) to join a team of qualified professionals. This onsite role focuses on developing the integrated master plan/schedule to meet program objectives, with strong emphasis on EVMS and cross-functional integration.

The role requires formal scheduling expertise, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in business, finance, accounting, or program control; or Master's with 3+ years; or Associate with 7+ years; or HS diploma with 9+ years.
• Scheduling and planning experience.
• Experience with EVMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensures major projects are integrated across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis and resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, earned value and related PM techniques to monitor progress and drive focus.
