Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL seeks a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to join our team onsite daily. You will develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives, and work with finance, engineering and manufacturing to keep plans aligned.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years in planning (or a Master’s with entry-level experience) and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant planning experience.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple functions.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Melbourne, FL and obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures major projects and schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis and resolves critical path issues.
• Uses project management tools to gauge progress and identify variances.
