Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our Melbourne, FL team onsite. The role focuses on developing and coordinating the integrated master plan to meet program objectives.

You will ensure cross-functional alignment across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality groups. Responsibilities include tracking plans, conducting risk analysis, and resolving critical path issues using Gantt, PERT, EVMS, and milestone charts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience or higher.
• Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Associate Degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 9 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestones, EVMS to monitor progress and variances.
