Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst – Level 4 to lead the development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment with program objectives, including EVMS compliance and schedule risk analysis.

The role requires a strong background in schedule management, MS Project mastery, and collaboration with CAMs and finance to integrate cost and schedule data. Security clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Full understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to support implementation on programs with varying contract types
• Proficient with scheduling software (MS Project)
• Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top‑Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure integration across teams
• Collaborate with program office, CAMs, and finance to integrate cost and schedule data
• Generate schedule-related reports for internal and external customers (e.g., Critical Path Charts, Headcount Profiles)
• Provide informal training on scheduling compliance and best practices
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Seek understanding of the program’s larger mission and alignment to IMS and performance
