Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 3 or 4 to join the Redondo Beach team. You will lead detailed IMS development, analyze schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.

The role requires extensive scheduling experience, MS Project/EVMS knowledge, and the ability to obtain SCI clearance. Travel and deployment expectations may apply, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master's with 3+ years.
Level 4: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master's with 6+ years.
4+ years of experience can substitute for a degree.
Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools.
Ability to obtain a Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to leadership.
Interface with multiple functional teams and the Program/Project Manager.
Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Implement scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, Critical Path Analysis, SRA, and scheduling health metrics.
Provide weekly status and reporting and conduct IBR/JSR audits.
Other duties as assigned.
