Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 2, Program Planning to lead the Schedule Management team in Melbourne, FL. You will oversee IMS development, ensure integrated schedules, and provide weekly status updates to leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years (or Master’s with 5, Associate’s with 9, or HS with 11) in planning, scheduling, finance, or engineering scheduling, with US Secret clearance eligibility and EVMS/IMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Planning & Scheduling, Finance, or Engineering Scheduling.
• Experience with IMP/IMS development and schedule integration.
• Knowledge of EVMS, SRA, CPM, and earned value practices.
• Ability to lead a team and interact with multiple functional groups and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts.
• Prepare and present Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to leadership.
• Conduct IBRs and JSRs and enforce scheduling best practices.
• Analyze schedule, resources, work and cost; present recommendations.
