Job summary

University of Arizona is seeking a Program Coordinator Senior to provide coordination and administrative support for AzAHEC program activities and statewide collaborations. You will work independently to solve problems, manage projects, and support goals with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external units, managing Salesforce data, preparing reports, and supporting housing and special projects. The role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with University of Arizona systems and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external units and partners to resolve complex problems.
• Monitor and manage Salesforce database entries, access and training schedules.
• Coordinate and review narrative, data and reports from program partners.
• Coordinate housing requests for AHEC-leased housing unit.
• Support development of goals, objectives and strategic administrative tasks.
