Qualifications

• 3+ years of project planning, scheduling or program management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional or cross-business unit project experience.
• 3+ years of producing and presenting at the Executive level.
• 3+ years of gathering and analyzing data.
• 3+ years of developing and managing relationships with partners and customers.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Operations functions to support program management.
• Assist in integration and analysis of programs, plans, strategies and processes.
• Maintain compliance with earned value management system work scope.
• Coordinate data and analyses for management reviews and business cases.
• Develop solutions to complex problems aligning with organizational objectives.
• Meet with leadership to gain approval and track status of commitments.
• Ensure timely data collection and follow-up actions for issue resolution.
