Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Business Operations Manager 2 in Chandler, AZ to partner with the Program and Functional Managers and oversee Contracts, Finance, Scheduling, and Business Development to meet financial and strategic objectives. The role reports to the Strike Weapons OU Program Director.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, leadership experience, and ability to travel up to 10% internationally and domestically.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline with 9 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience with program proposals, cost and schedule control, EVMS.
• Schedule, performance and financial reporting experience on a variety of contract types.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically 10%.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of government CLIN types including CPIF/CPAF/FPIF/FPAF/FFP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct management oversight for a team of Business Operations functions (Contracts, Finance, Scheduling, Business Development).
• Manage financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analyses.
• Manage and assist in the development of business strategy and forecasting, through internal or external deliverables such as Long-Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
• Oversee key line forecasting, work authorization, EV reporting, program budgeting, estimate at complete development, and financial reporting activities.
• Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and preparation of reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon cost and schedule parameters.
• Manage risks and opportunities with multiple contract types from execution and financial perspectives.
• Manage and support customer meetings and reviews and required data submittals.
• Manage the proposal process from draft RFP to award, including review, subcontractor flow-downs, basis of estimates, pricing strategies, cash management, negotiation, and senior management presentations.
• Oversee and assist with organization and execution of Proposal efforts for contract modifications and Business Development on new contracts.
