The In-N-Out Burger Community Engagement team offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Program Officer based in our Irvine, CA office.
This role reports to the Foundation Supervisor and supports In-N-Out Burger’s Slave 2 Nothing Foundation. The Senior Program Officer manages strategic grant-making, community engagement, assessing grantees, creating advocacy programs, and managing fund allocation to maximize impact and visibility.
The Slave 2 Nothing Foundation aims to educate and support nonprofits fighting human trafficking and substance abuse.
*This is a full-time, in-office position
Pay Range: $77,000 - $90,000. Compensation will consider experience and other factors.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Irvine, CA. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
Travel: Approximately 20-50% of work time, including out-of-state travel.
